We have gone from 78 degrees to 57 degrees in a day (accompanied by gusty winds)–the summer flowers are faded and dried, but the fall flora are bright and welcoming. I took the photo one week ago near the shores of Lake Michigan. Our colors are evolving; and if the wind doesn’t take everything, we should have some spectacular color for a few weeks.
